Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
The exchange, return, refund and cancellation of orders will be processed only under following terms and conditions:
RETURN & REFUND:
We accept the return of products only in case the product is received with any damages or leakage issues during the transit. Under this condition the report must be made via mail to Customerservice@dyuthiskincare.com within 24 hrs. from the delivery is made.
The report should be made with proper pictures of damaged goods, order number,name,adress, contact details with brief explanation regarding the issue should be provided.
Dyuthi is not liable for any damage after the delivery is made.
Once reported, our team will review and accept under above conditions and confirmation mail will be sent .The refund or exchange of the product will be made within 8-20 days anywhere between. The shipping will be charged at actuals.
